Terms and Conditions
Acceptance of buy on-line orders:
Buy on-line orders are accepted by Signs of Saltford subject to acceptance of these Terms and Conditions by the person making the order.
Fulfilment of buy on-line orders are subject to stock availability and Signs of Saltford are under no obligation to deliver an order to a customer. In the event of non-availability of an order or part of an order, Signs of Saltford reserve the right to refund full or part payment respectively as appropriate to the customer making the order.
Appropriate use of signs:
Signs of Saltford will not be liable for any loss or injury caused as a result of inappropriate use of the signs supplied to buy on-line customers. It is the customer's responsibility to determine appropriate use for buy on-line signs purchased. If in doubt, seek advice from us before ordering.
Prices:
All buy on-line sign prices are per sign and in (£) Pounds Sterling and are inclusive of VAT at 17.5%.
Payment:
Online payment is to be made by credit or debit card at the time of ordering. Your card details will be processed using the HSBC Secure ePayments.
Your online order will be despatched only when your online payment is annotated as 'cleared' in our HSBC account.
Please enter your details on the checkout page exactly as shown on your card monthly statement (including details such as capital letters, full stops, commas and spaces) to avoid a possible delay due to the payment process automatically being put on hold for verification purposes by HSBC Secure ePayments.
Payment by cheque is accepted on the understanding that goods ordered will not be despatched until the cheque has cleared.
Delivery:
We only deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom.
Orders made on-line will normally be delivered within 3 to 5 working days of receipt of the order.
Delivery will be by 1st Class Royal Mail or Interlink dependent upon the total weight of the items ordered plus packaging weight - see delivery charge rates. The actual delivery charge will be subject to VAT at 17.5% and this amount along with the delivery charge itself will be shown on the order form prior to submission.
If your on-line order is urgent and received by us before 1pm, we offer a 'guaranteed same day despatch' service at the normal delivery cost plus £6.70 (Inc. VAT) per order. This service will use Royal Mail next day delivery by 1pm or Interlink. If you order this service and for any reason we believe we cannot meet it, we will contact you immediately on receipt of your on-line order. See Carriage page to add this requirement to your order.
Product Guarantee:
All buy on-line signs are guaranteed for 1 year subject to appropriate use of signs (see above).
Complaints:
All complaints relating to buy on-line orders must be notified to Signs of Saltford within 21 days of the order despatch.
Refunds and replacements:
All refunds and replacements will be at the discretion of Signs of Saltford.
Cancellation of order:
To cancel an order, Signs of Saltford must be notified within 24 hours of the order placement.
